So what is Network Marketing Or Network Marketing?
Network Marketing is a form of advertising and distribution. It is not a company like many people may say. Here is an example; “Blue Bob Incorporated” has created a new product “Blue Juice Health.” Instead of trying to get people to purchase “Blue Juice Health” with commercials, and hiring Hollywood stars, they decide to use Network
Marketing. “Blue Bob Inc” now uses the percentage that they would normally use on advertising to give you a commission.
You become their advertiser. Yes, you!
You are the advertising department of “Blue Bob Inc” who is not a network marketing company but rather a health company. Your job is to share the product, “Blue Juice Health” with the people that you know, friends, family and others. You are NETWORKING, thus you are network marketing. And you have been network marketing since you were fresh out of diapers! No you weren’t? Chances are you were. You probably told many people what foods you liked or did not like when you were young. And how many people did you tell that your fourth birthday was next week?
1.Big business owners borrow millions or even billions of dollars from the financial institutions (other people's money) to create their products and services and employ hundreds or even thousands of people to work for them (other peoples efforts, skills and knowledge). E.g. Bill Gates employs 25,000+ who work for him 40hrs/week = 1,000,000 hours/week.
2. Investors that have small money make their money work for them by investing it directly or indirectly in other people's business ventures. They are paid interests on their money without doing anything – they make money while they sleep using other people's effort to multiply their money. I.e. Let your money work for you by using the power of exponential growth (compounding) to multiply your money – Smart working
3. In Network Marketing, leverage of time & duplication are the keys to success. Here, individuals market a company's products or services and recruit other people (as their downlines) who do the same to help them do the marketing as well. They are paid not only for their own efforts and the efforts of those they have recruited directly, but also for the efforts of those recruited by their direct recruits, down 2 to 10 levels in some cases (other people's efforts and money).
If I gave you the choice of working for me for a $1,000 a day for 31 days (a total of $31,000) or you receiving $0.01 (1 kobo) on Day One and doubling every day for 31 days. What would you choose? $1,000 right? Well every carnal eye will choose that at least its manageable, but success instinct don’t bring in management when target is not met yet! Now lets Calculate Option Two:
Day 1 - $0.01 Day 2 - $0.02 Day 3 - $0.04 Day 4 - $0.08 Day 5 - $ 0.16
Day 6 - $0.32 Day 7 - $0.64 Day 8 - $1.28 Day 9 - $2.56 Day 10 - $5.12
Day 11 - $10.24 Day 12 - $20.48 Day 13 - $40.96 Day 14 - $81.92 This multiplies itself for the rest 30 days, in the calculation above, you made only $0.64 after 7 days and $165 after a fortnight. You may think it is better to take the $1,000 a day right? Get out your calculator and continue the exercise for a total of 31 days. Then you will find out why Network Marketing teaches duplication and you will exclaim that you wished someone had introduced you to duplication 20 years earlier? Because at Day 31, your total earnings would be:
Day 31 - $10,737,418.24 (more than $10m).
DUPLICATION OF EFFORTS - TIME LEVERAGE
Lets assume that each month you find one person who will duplicate your efforts and each month that person will find one who will duplicate his/her efforts and each one of these people finds another new person who will duplicate... and so forth. This is what would happen in just one year:

Look at the difference after just sponsoring Two, Three or Four more persons and teaching everyone to do the same. That's called the Metcalf's Law n² to harness the power of leverage, to duplicate someone just like you.
At the end of twelve months you have 4,096 people in your organization, yet at the end of 6 months, its only 64. The next scenario below gives the result with 2 - 3 - or 4 more person sponsored.
